Last updated: 24 June 2026
Ching Ching is a place to go live, build a community and have fun - safely. These Guidelines apply to everything on the Service: live streams, replays, chat, direct messages, communities, profiles, gifts and usernames. They form part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can lead to content removal, loss of features, or a permanent ban.

- Get consent before featuring or naming other people.
- Moderate your stream: hosts can pin, mute, remove and report participants.
Reporting and blocking
Help keep Ching Ching safe - if you see something that breaks these Guidelines, tell us:
- Report a stream, user, message or community from the ⋮ / options menu next to the content. Choose a reason and submit; reports go to our moderation team.
- Block a user from their profile or the chat options menu. A blocked user can no longer message you, and you won't see their messages.
- For urgent safety concerns, email info@chingching.app.
What happens when rules are broken
Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, issue a warning, limit or remove features, suspend, or permanently ban an account. Severe violations - especially anything involving minors - result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.
